Chin Kang Chen is a Lecturer at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, where he teaches modules such as Management Information Systems, Information System Concept, and Information System Security and conducts research on topics related to cloud computing and e-government. His current research focuses on the adoption of LMS in higher education. His research interest includes Information Security Management System, IT Governance, Smart Mobile devices, Cloud Computing e-business and e-government but is not limited to this. He was a graduate of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering in 1999 and completed his Master in Digital Communications in 2001 from Monash University. He recently completed another Master of Information Technology in 2011 from Queensland University of Technology. Before he started academic career, he worked in the private sector field related to the field deploying e-government, e-business, info-communication and telecommunications systems of which most of the clients are from the public sector.
