ABOUT ME

At present, a doctoral Business Management student at Alliance Manchester Business School under the People, Management and Organisation (PMO) Division, University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Working on a thesis which looks into employee involvement and participation in Brunei public sector undergoing change. In 2014, her presentation at the Centre of Employment Relations, Innovation and Change (CERIC), hosted by University of Leeds was awarded the best oral presentation.

A lecturer at Universiti Brunei Darussalam specialising in Human Resource Management (HRM). Graduated from University of Manchester in 2008 with an MSc Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Submitted a dissertation that examines the effectiveness of human resource management in the banking sector in Brunei. Earned a bachelor degree in 2006 from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) in Business Administration. In 2004, obtained a diploma in Business Administration from University of Kent, United Kingdom. Primary research interest is in employee voice and talent management.
