ABOUT ME

A retired civil servant currently holding a position of Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Policy Studies, University Brunei Darussalam. Prior to retirement, the position held was the Director of the Brunei Institute of Civil Service (November 2002 – July 2006). Immediately after retirement the position held was the Executive Director of the Brunei Darussalam Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies (July 2006 to July 2008).
